BE County Fair Parade

On Wednesday, we headed up to Tremonton to attend the Fair Parade! This parade is a good one as far as candy goes. By the time we were done, we had a bags of candy that we ended up putting in one BIG bag! Who needs Halloween when there's the fair parade? Other than it being a little warm, it was a super fun day! Here are a few pictures from the day:

It was fun to spend time with our family, Matt, Natalie, Hallie & Grandma! Gpa was gone fishing with the Pugmires, so we ate some extra candy just for him!

After the parade, we had yummy bbq pork sandwhiches for dinner at Gma's house. Then we headed out to the fair. I took Kaylee around to look at the animals while Nick took Carson to the rodeo. They had fun! Carson was so cute when he got home and was so excited while he told me about everything that they saw, including a bull jump over the fence and onto a few people!

After they got home from the Rodeo and Grandpa got home from fishing, we took a few minutes before bedtime and had Grandpa open his Birthday Present! A new set of grilling tools! He turned 59 on Saturday....wow that is OLD!!!
We stayed the night on Wednesday since we knew it would be a late night. So Nick headed to work with the van pool from Tremonton and the rest of us got to sleep in (only until 7:15....ugh!) and eat breakfast with Gma & Gpa! After breakfast, grandma let the kids get out some of her music instruments and play with them. It was really fun to watch them play and sing with everyone. We did that for quite awhile before we decided to head home and get back to reality!

It was a good little mid-week getaway, and we hope we get to do it again next year!
