Quick Trip

Last Saturday we made a fast trip to Tremonton. Braydon had a tournament in Bear River City that afternoon. We decided to head down a little bit early and visit with Grandma and Grandpa Brower. The girls love to hang out at Grandma's house due to the closet full of costumes. They manage to change outfits a couple of times while we are there.

This particular dress was one that I wore in 2nd grade for one of my clogging dances. Mayci looks pretty cute in it and loved twirling in it.
McKenzie is in 2nd grade and this is about what it would have looked like on me!!

Mayci likes having pictures taken of her!!

Grandma took some time to dance and twirl with the girls. Pure enjoyment!

Cooper is a great traveler and was content to just hang out in someone's arms once at grandma's.

The day was pretty decent, weather wise. The sun was out for most of it but we also had clouds making it a little bit chilly. We kept Cooper bundled and he slept for most of the games.

Grandma and I went in between the 2 games and got some pizza from the ever famous Pizza Plus. We also had some pineapple and strawberries- those didn't last very long.

Here's the handsome baseball player, #14. He pitched a couple of innings and played short stop for most of the games. His team played 2 games, back to back. They lost the 1st game and won the 2nd game.

Braydon's team is called the Ducks (after the Oregon Ducks. The coach has a boy going to school in Oregon right now and their colors match Bonneville's colors.) The coaches for the team are very good. They've had plenty of experience and believe that family should come first. With this being a competitive team, there is lots of traveling that we will be doing. The coach understands if a player can't make it to a game due to a family commitment. There are only 12 players on the team and so they will all get lots of playing time. This is going to be a great experience for all of the boys.

It's going to be a fun couple of months! Hopefully it warms up soon so we won't have to pack winter clothes for all of the games! They are playing today and tomorrow in sunny St. George and it was 85 degrees today. Lucky boys!!! We had snow on the ground this morning and have had a cold breeze all day long.
