Jurasic Park Pack Meeting

We had such a fun pack meeting last week. We have a new Cub Master and he went above and beyond with this pack meeting. Our theme was Jurassic Park and he made up his own 10 ft. dinosaur. No pattern at all. Just cut it out and put it together. He sent all of the boys on a scavenger hunt to find each of the pieces. The Webelos had to find it with coordinates and a CPS tracker. Oh how the boys just LOVED pack meeting.
Mayci couldn't quite figure out what was going on with all of the things the kids kept bringing in to the church.
Austin went with the Webelos to look for bones. This one was one of the harder ones to find. The coordinates they had were for this tree. Well, the tree had a stick holding the tree up. A brace. They kept trying to pull the brace out and I told them they had better try and look higher in the tree. They finally found it!

I'm not sure what to say about these two girls. They are usually out of control and can you believe it. They are out of control this time too! (Actually, we told them to make a dinosaur face and this is what we got! They have 2 of the ribs to the dinosaur!) Silly girls!

Here's the final project. Mark Halladay is our Cub Master and he is going to be fun to have in Cub Scouts. For our treat, we had Dinosaur poop! What fun it is to be a kid!
